Mining Account Sales Manager


Bel-Ray Company, Inc. is an international, US based specialty lubricant manufacturing company providing lubricants for the food and general manufacturing industries, the mining industry and the consumer motorcycle market.

We are seeking a Mining Account Sales Manager for our Australian Territories. Primary functions include:
• Coordinating sales, mining and distributor account activity.
• Producing comprehensive strategic business plans to increase sales.
• Planning and implementing sales, customer retention and develop strategies working with distributors, dealers and industry prospects.
• Designing mining support programs.
• Evaluating current mining support programs.
• Preparing mining presentations for distributors and customers.
• Training of mining staff and distributors on current mining support programs and practices.
• Responsibility for territory business planning.
• Producing action plans required to meet the Division Sales Goals.
• Analyzing and preparing sales forecasts and reports.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelors’ Degree in civil or mechanical engineering or related area.
• A combination of formal studies and experience may be substituted for a degree
• Formal training from Mining and Technology Institutes preferred.
• 10 years experience in the mining industry, experience as Mine Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Superintendent preferred.
• 5 years experience in the lubrication field.
• Extensive exposure to mining and construction equipment.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of computer based equipment maintenance programs.
