The Role:

Due to an increasing demand for their services, our client is seeking an experience underground metal mine engineer for the role of Senior Underground Mining Engineer, located in their Vancouver office.

The Candidate:

Applicants for this role must have the following:

- Sound knowledge of North and South American mining sectors either targeted or broad based
- Recent mining industry experience in either a senior operational role or a senior technical role
- Considerable experience in mine planning and/or scheduling in modern mechanized underground metalliferous mines is required as well as appropriate software skills.

The individual chosen for this role will have an enthusiasm for business development and business growth within the sector, the desire to deliver innovative, practical and effective solutions to clients and excellent communication and report writing capabilities. Also of importance is a strong commitment to team work and providing consulting services in a fast paced work environment.
