Responsible for the development, administration and maintenance of the Companys performance management system, and providing support for the Performance Management Framework and its development. Enable employees and teams understanding of the goals of the Company and to identify how individual and team outputs contribute to the achievement of the overall objectives

Job Description
Effectively manage all the departmental performance issues.
Effective Employer branding to create an inspiring employer value proposition and coordinate with the PR team to implement employer marketing initiatives while promoting job openings and career opportunities
Implementing and maintain monitoring systems for all departmental indicators, targets and standards.
Assist with Expat relocation services and requirement as well as compensation and benefits management
Maintaining the required database, by collating, inputting, processing and retrieving information and data, and to provide regular reports.
Ensuring relevant Performance information is produced in accordance with the agreed statutory definitions
Responsible for the production of relevant performance information on time in accordance with the agreed timescales.
To play a key part in developing performance strategies to ensure the company delivers continuous improvement
Oversee the collation & recording of performance information and provide assurance that these are recorded appropriately within the Corporate System. Analyse performance information.
Deliver performance management training to Officers through workshops, on a one to one basis and through the company system
Performance evaluation and performance improvement management
Prepare and deliver presentations at workshops, seminars and other meetings, to further an understanding of the basics of performance measures and management.
Develop a company-wide development program to achieve both business and personal career goals of high performing teams
Minimum Requirements
5 - 10 yrs experience within the mining sector (ideally)
5 + years experience in recruitment, performance management and talent retention
Relevant HR Degree
Solid understanding of South African and Namibian labour law
